Thanks for reading today's tips for Your Healthy Blood Sugar...
You're going to be really mad if you miss this insider's secret.

Shhhh...be very, very quiet I'm sending you this for a very good reason.
Listen closely: Sugar has always been sweet and tempting and yeah it's addictive, too.

But here’s the catch.

Sugar literally reconfigures your brain and body on a cellular level.

You're most likely already aware that a lifetime of eating a high-sugar diet, and too many carbohydrates, is a real concern.

Why?

If you really want to get healthy...

Hello Lifestyler,

Oh and hey, one more thing...
For decades “health nuts,” including yours truly, have been jumping up and down ranting on about blood sugar!

Hmm, are you paying attention, lol.

Did you know if you did just one simple thing like added blueberry tea to your diet, this can help you to maintain blood sugar levels in the normal range.

You see, if you're smart, the fact is blueberry leaves (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) have been used traditionally in folk medicine to promote healthy blood sugar levels and insulin function.

Blueberry leaves are 10-15% chlorogenic acid, which may help to inhibit the enzyme in your liver that forms glucose.

Blueberry may help to inhibit the breakdown of glycogen, which is the sugar that’s stored in your muscles:
  1. Split the food you eat into several smaller meals throughout the day
  2. If you normally eat a sandwich at noon, split it and eat half at your normal lunchtime and the other half mid-afternoon
  3. Don’t skip meals, especially breakfast
  4. Skipping meals signals your body that you are going into a starvation mode, (your body will automatically reduce your metabolic rate)
  5. Avoid artificial sweeteners (the sweet taste in your mouth triggers the release of insulin, even though there might not be any sugar present)
  6. Avoid soft drinks and all fruit juices, regardless of how they're sweetened
  7. Start exercising (for at least) a minimum of 15 minutes a day
  8. Exercise increases lean body tissue, aids in burning fat plus increases sensitivity to insulin, enabling the pancreas to produce less insulin
  9. Exercise raises your metabolic rate...

If you want to take this one step further, up another notch, then I'd suggest Gymnema sylvestre for an extra support and blood sugar advantage.

The leaves of the plant contain gymnemic acids, which research suggests helps to slow transport of glucose from the intestines into the bloodstream.

This may also help to support blood sugar in the normal range.

And recent studies suggest that 400 mg per day of gymnema extract, along with a healthy diet, decreased fasting glucose levels and promoted normal serum lipid levels.

In other words promote natural healthy blood sugar, and help maintain normal sugar tolerance, triglycerides, blood lipid and LDL cholesterol levels.

Stay tuned for the next issue where I'll explain the best approach for helping to keep your blood sugar levels in check.
(There's my insider's tip...hope you're quick enough to grab it and run)

Yours truly,

Immune System
