Did you know Omega-3 is readily available everyday, but the health benefits are intentionally removed from the oils you use?
Why?
Well, the answer is quite simple because as a consumer you've been asking for cooking oils which have a long shelf life.
You see, the problem is many of these types of oils are hydrogenated to allow them not to "go off" and to further stabilize them.
Unfortunately that means turning healthy oil into trans fatty oils.
And you know these trans fats are linked to all sorts of health problems including heart disease.
Omega-3 oils cannot be made by your body, so you have to get them from food or supplements.
